How do I return my items?

Returning items just requires a simple email to get your Order Return Number. For more information, see the Shipping and Returns page.

How do I track the arrival of my items?

Easy. Go to the order tracking link included in your confirmation email. 

Do you ship internationally (i.e. outside the United States)?

Not yet, unfortunately. However, we plan to launch international shipping in the coming months. In the meantime, you can subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on expanded shipping options.

Is my information secure?

How will I know what size to order?

We know each Osengwa product is unique. However, sizes will vary between brands and designers. Specific charts can be found on our Size Charts page.
