All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a URL link where you can track the status of your order and shipment.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have the opportunity to decline or postpone your order should you decide to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
We’re really sorry that you’re not as in love with your purchase as we hoped you’d be. No biggies. To return your item please follow the steps below:
1. Email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you an Order Return #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, your Order Return # and the original receipt.
Note that, unless there is a manufacturer defect, your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of your purchase.
Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds or exchanges for swimwear purchases. Also please note that we reserve the right to deny exchange or refund requests for any merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered.
If your clothing item is in like-new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. Please note that guests are responsible for charges related to shipping the item to be exchanged to our location.
